Admissions Online

Welcome to the CVCA’s Admissions Page! Here you’ll find the steps you need to apply, enroll, or re-enroll at CVCA. If you’d like more info about our school, please feel free to click Request Information at the top of this page.

NEW STUDENT APPLICATION

APPLICATION FOR NEW STUDENTS

  1. Click Create an Account at the top to get started. This is a temporary username and password for the application only and is not a permanent account.

Note: If you have an existing Family Portal account from previously enrolling a student at CVCA, log in to the Family Portal to create a new application.

  1. Check your email to complete the verification.
  2. Return to this page and choose Application at the top to submit an application, logging in using your newly created log-in and password.

At this point, your application will be reviewed and you may be contacted for additional information. The application will require you to submit all high school grades for high school transfer students and all elementary grades for transfer elementary students or incoming high school freshmen. Families of students in grades TK-8 will be contacted to do a pre-assessment with the student's homeroom teacher.

The admissions committee will then review your application. If everything looks good, you’ll receive an email with a link to sign up for your permanent CVCA account and complete enrollment in the Family Portal.
